The factory measuring 10,000 square meters is located in Medan Star Industrial Estate, Tanjung Morawa in North Sumatra and it is also strategically located between highways to Medan City and takes only 30 minutes to Belawan Port.
We have more than 20 years experience (includes our establishment in Malaysia prior to 2003) in developing and manufacturing all types of good quality hand formers. With the running capacity of 300,000 pcs/ month, we are one of the leading hand former producers in the world.
Our main products nowadays include:

    Nitrile and latex examination former
    Surgical former
    Household former
    Custom made former

Our Commitment to Quality

To ensure high quality of finished products, our plant has implemented total quality management on all aspect of the production process ranging from procurement of raw material to delivering finished goods. The quality of former ware material quality is enhanced quarterly by our Japanese Technical Team. This has also resulted to the enhancement of our hand former quality and lifespan. PT. MD invests substantially in the most modern production technology in order to increase the efficiency of production process so that it could produce high quality hand formers with minimum wastage.

Saat ini kami membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.
Posisi :
Production Manager
Our company is a manufacturer which is located in North Sumatera. Our company needs the best candidate to add a Production Manager line, who is responsible to plan, coordinate, and control the manufacturing processes to achieve company’s target. The key responsibilities are:

    Set the production schedule to achieve target (according to delivery schedule and customer request)
    Make sure the manufacturing process run effective and efficient
    Manage the workers from all level; motivate, control, and develop workers to achieve target
    Set and assure the availability of resources for manufacturing process
    Coordinate with QC Dept about all quality issues
    Coordinate and liaise with internal and external party for production purpose
    Make sure that the work process comply with existing Work Instruction and SOP

To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

    Diploma degree, majoring in engineering (related with Industry or Manufacture)
    At least 8 years of related work experience, 2 years as Assistant Manager, Head, Superintendent or Manager in manufacture
    Proven experience on target achievement, based on quality and quantitative standard
    Strong leadership, excellent at build and develop team work
    Open to challenge, work well under pressure, excellent analytical thinking, and communicate effectively with various level
    Problem solving and decision making capability
    Reside in Medan region (more preferred)
